Useful tools for your GLP-1 records
Start with a dose diary, capture symptoms, prepare an appointment or convert a weight. These web tools are free to use without an account.
GLP-1 tracking template
Record doses already taken, dates, medication, route, injection site and notes. Add rows, export a CSV or print a blank diary.
Symptom log
Capture what you noticed, when it began and its effect on your day. Keep observations ready for a conversation.
Appointment preparation
Turn your questions and observations into a one-page discussion sheet you can print or download.
Weight converter
Convert kilograms to pounds or pounds to kilograms. See the calculation and common examples in both directions.
Choose the record that answers your question
- “When did I take it?” Use the dose diary for an actual administration, not a future plan.
- “What happened that day?” Use the symptom log to capture the timing and your own description.
- “What do I want to ask?” Use the appointment sheet to prioritize a few topics.
- “Is this kg or lb?” Convert the measurement and retain the original unit with your record.
Your entries stay in this page. These tools do not upload entries or save a draft. Download or print what you need before leaving. You decide where an exported file is saved. Website privacy.
What these tools do
They organize information you provide. They do not interpret symptoms, recommend treatment, calculate a medication dose or send a report to a clinician. The CSV downloads open in common spreadsheet apps; they are not an import format for Capydose.
A journal for feelings and questions
Write a short observation, its impact and what you want to discuss. No weight target or score is needed. Notes stay in page memory until you download or print them.
