Start with a quick answer

Where is my health data stored?

Your Capydose health and routine data stays on your device. Capydose does not upload those entries to a Blue Nova Tech server.

Does Capydose write to HealthKit or Health Connect?

No. If you opt in, access is read-only and limited to weight, steps, and active energy. You can revoke access in your device settings.

Does Capydose show ads or track me?

No. Capydose has no advertising or behavioral tracking.

What does RevenueCat receive?

RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and limited purchase and device information to manage subscription access. It does not receive your Capydose health entries.

How do exports work?

Capydose creates exports locally. You choose where to save or share them. Once exported, the file is outside Capydose’s control, so store and share it carefully.

How do I delete my Capydose data?

On iPhone, open Capydose Settings → Privacy → Delete Data. On Android, open Capydose Settings → Delete all my data. Confirm, then delete any PDF or CSV exports separately wherever you saved or shared them. This does not revoke system health permissions, cancel a subscription, or remove store or RevenueCat transaction records.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage or cancel Capydose through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase local data; deleting data does not cancel the subscription.

Does Capydose require a subscription?

Yes. A paid subscription is required after onboarding. The store purchase screen shows the available plan, price, renewal period, and any trial before you confirm. You can restore an eligible purchase from the app.

Is Capydose medical advice?

No. Capydose is a routine-tracking and educational tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or provide emergency services. Follow your prescription and contact a qualified healthcare professional with medical questions.

How can I contact support?

Email milana.app.support@gmail.com. Include your platform and a short description of the issue, but do not email sensitive health details unless necessary.
