GLP-1 app directory
Which GLP-1 tracker fits your routine? 5 apps compared
The best tracker is the one that fits the records you need, the phone you use and the way you want your information stored. Use this shortlist to compare concrete tradeoffs.
Start with the job you need the app to do
For a local iPhone log with several interface languages and shareable reports, consider Capydose. For free basic tracking, consider Shotsy. For assisted meal entry, compare MeAgain and Shotpal. For browser access and account continuity across devices, look at Glapp. These are editorial matches to documented features, not evidence that one app improves treatment outcomes.
We included dedicated GLP-1 trackers with an identifiable developer and publicly documented features. Capydose appears first as our product; the remaining entries are alphabetical. This list is a starting point, not a complete market survey.
Filters use verified information only. A missing tag means that feature was not established for this guide, not that the app lacks it. All five entries are readable without JavaScript.
Capydose
Consider for: a personal iPhone log, multilingual tracking and appointment reports.
Record doses and symptoms, review weight, set reminders, and create PDF/CSV reports. Ten interface languages include English and Spanish. Health entries stay on the device; optional Apple Health access reads weight, steps and active energy.
Tradeoff: treatment tracking requires premium access, iOS 18 or later is required, and there is no account sync or restorable in-app backup. Reports cannot restore the app. Android is in review.
Glapp
Consider for: browser access and keeping an account across devices.
Glapp documents iPhone, Android and web access, supply and expiry tracking, and progress reports. Its account sync supports reinstalling or changing phones.
Tradeoff: this is an account-based storage workflow. Check which reports and tools are included in the current free or paid plan. Developer details
MeAgain
Consider for: people who want meal entry beside medication and symptom records.
MeAgain documents photo, voice, barcode and search-based food logging, plus shots/pills, weight and progress photos on iPhone and Android.
Tradeoff: some features need a subscription. Assisted food entry and chat introduce a broader information-processing workflow; check its privacy policy. Developer details
Shotpal
Consider for: an iPhone combination of supply tracking and meal-photo estimates.
The listing from developer Taylan Karadeniz includes injection/pill records, reminders, supply tracking, a coach and eleven languages.
Tradeoff: weekly/annual plans are listed; Android was not verified. Public reviews were too few for an overview. The exact app ID is 6789329474, to distinguish similarly named apps. App Store details
Shotsy
Consider for: free tracking basics and an established iOS sync workflow.
The developer documents free shot, symptom and weight tracking on iPhone and Android, plus PDF reports and optional paid tools. Its iOS records use device storage and private iCloud sync.
Tradeoff: confirm paid extras before subscribing; platform features differ, with pill support specifically documented for iOS. Developer details · Free-feature scope

What real review criticism can tell you
On August 5, 2026, OB Hospitalist gave Glapp version 1.1.21 three stars, objecting to previously free features requiring payment while still valuing its study-comparison view. That is a reason to check plan inclusions, not proof of a current price or universal problem. Read Glapp reviews; Apple review feed.
These are selected individual experiences, not a representative sample or a reliability test. A review describes its listed app version; a later update may change the experience. Read the latest reviews and test the features that matter to you.
A five-minute check before paying
- Enter a demonstration record and correct its date. Check that reviewing and editing feel clear.
- Find a symptom from a previous day and see whether its timing is visible.
- Review notification controls, the plan price, trial terms and renewal period.
- Open the report or export options you expect to use. Check what survives a device replacement.
- Try the app in your language and with the text size you normally use.
If you mainly want a few custom columns, start with a free tracking template and read app vs spreadsheet.
Tracking apps organize records. They do not establish that a medicine caused a symptom, measure blood medication levels, or tell you to change a dose. Follow the plan from your healthcare professional.
