Agreement and provider

These Terms govern your use of Capydose, provided by Blue Nova Tech S. de R.L. de C.V. By using Capydose, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

For apps obtained through Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies and is incorporated by reference. These Terms supplement it. Mandatory store terms control in case of conflict.

What Capydose provides

Capydose provides tools for organizing a GLP-1 routine, viewing educational summaries, setting reminders, and creating local exports. Features may change as the product is improved.

Medical disclaimer

• Capydose is a routine-tracking and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or provide emergency services.
• Do not start, stop, or change a medication or dose based on Capydose. Follow your prescription and contact a qualified healthcare professional with medical questions.
• Any estimates, trends, reminders, or summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not replace professional judgment.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Subscriptions

Paid features, price, billing period, renewal terms, and trial terms are shown before purchase by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores process payment. RevenueCat helps Capydose verify and restore subscription access using an anonymous app user identifier and limited purchase and device information.

• Open your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Select Capydose and follow the store’s cancellation instructions.
• Cancellation stops future renewal but does not delete Capydose data stored on your device. Deleting local data does not cancel a subscription.

Optional integrations and third parties

HealthKit and Health Connect access is optional and read-only for weight, steps, and active energy. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare provide services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Capydose is not responsible for a third party’s service outside Capydose’s control.

Apple, the Apple logo and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Store badges identify distribution platforms and do not imply endorsement of Capydose.

Your responsibilities

• Use Capydose lawfully and do not interfere with the app, website, or other users.
• Verify reminders, summaries, and exports before relying on them or sharing them.
• Protect your device and exported files, especially when they contain sensitive information.
• Follow your prescription and the advice of qualified healthcare professionals.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

Capydose is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that Capydose will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular medical or personal purpose. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Capydose, reliance on app content, missed reminders, or a user-directed export. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending your use

You may stop using Capydose at any time. Erase local data inside Capydose, delete saved exports separately, and cancel any paid subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play. These are separate actions.

These Terms are effective 17 Sep 2026. Updates will be reflected by changing the date on this page. Questions may be sent to milana.app.support@gmail.com.
