Keep the brand and formulation attached to every entry
Semaglutide is used in different products and formulations. A name-only entry such as “sema” leaves too much ambiguity when you review an older record. Keep the exact product name and route shown on your prescription.
- Enter the exact product, rather than treating Ozempic and Wegovy as interchangeable names.
- Record an administration only after it happened. A reminder is a plan, not proof that you used the medication.
- If your clinician changes your product, preserve the earlier history and record the new treatment separately.

Can I track Ozempic and Wegovy in the same history?
You can preserve treatment changes in Capydose. Keep each product correctly named and follow your clinician’s plan. A shared ingredient does not make two products or prescribed amounts interchangeable.
