Build an oral-dose record, without injection-only fields
Oral semaglutide and injectable semaglutide are different formulations. A useful log records the route as well as the exact product; it should not turn a tablet entry into a “shot” or infer an equivalent injectable amount.
- Choose the oral route in the treatment record.
- Use the specific timing instructions supplied with your medicine; a generic reminder cannot replace them.
- Leave injection-site fields out of oral records, and use the notes field for questions you want to ask your pharmacist.

A useful record in practice
A calendar says a dose was planned for the morning, but the entry has not been recorded. The correct record is “not yet logged,” not an automatic completed dose. Enter what actually happened once you know it.

No. A mass conversion is not a conversion between formulations or prescriptions. Your clinician or pharmacist must explain a treatment change; Capydose only records the instructions you have been given.
