Export workflow
Take your record into a spreadsheet or appointment
Create a report on your phone and choose where to save or share it. PDF is convenient to read; CSV is convenient to inspect in a spreadsheet.
Choose the right report
| Format | Useful for | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Reading, printing and bringing to a visit | A static snapshot, not a live chart. | |
| CSV | Opening as a table in Excel or Google Sheets | A report, not an importable app backup. |
Export and open your file
- Open the export or report controls in Capydose Settings.
- Choose PDF or CSV, then use the device share sheet to save a copy somewhere you control.
- For a spreadsheet, open the CSV in Excel or import it into Google Sheets. Check dates, decimal separators and units before calculating anything.
- If you upload to a cloud spreadsheet or share with someone, that destination’s privacy settings apply to the file.
This is a file workflow, not an account integration. Capydose does not connect to your Google account, automatically sync with Sheets, or refresh a previously exported PDF.
Avoid losing the meaning of the data
- Keep a copy of the original export before editing it.
- Do not mix kilograms and pounds in one unlabelled column.
- Distinguish entries recorded late from the date of the underlying event.
- Explain missing entries instead of replacing them with a zero.
Try the structure first
Download a blank GLP-1 spreadsheet template and see which fields you want to discuss at an appointment. You can use that resource without buying Capydose.
