Capydose for new trackers
Starting a prescribed GLP-1 routine?
Start with a few facts you will want to remember. You do not have to turn every part of your day into a number.
Before your first entry
- Keep the exact product name and your written instructions available.
- Enter the schedule your clinician prescribed, then check the date rather than accepting a guessed starting point.
- Decide which observations are useful to you and your healthcare professional. A short, consistent log can be easier to maintain than a long one.
A simple daily workflow
| Moment | Action | Why |
|---|---|---|
| After an administration | Record the actual event | Future reminders remain separate from completed doses. |
| When something feels different | Write what happened and approximately when | Specific descriptions are more useful than a vague weekly memory. |
| Before a visit | Review dates and write two or three questions | You can discuss uncertainty without trying to diagnose yourself. |
Where Capydose fits
Capydose combines your treatment history, reminders, symptom notes and weight records. Your capybara companion makes the routine feel personal. Premium is required, and the iPhone app needs iOS 18 or later.
If you prefer to test a routine first, use a free blank template. If you already have a system, compare app and spreadsheet tradeoffs.
What a tracker cannot decide
An app cannot tell you whether a medication is right for you, what dose to use, or whether a symptom needs treatment. Contact your healthcare professional for those decisions. A record supports that conversation.
